Process
PRE-DESIGN
In this stage we discuss with the client to gather the necessary references, such as location maps, photos, sketches, CAD drafts, specifications on materials, etc.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
In this phase, the architectural design team begins to translate the client’s wishes into a building design concept. Review preliminary results and leave your feedback for us to continue or make corrections.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
In this phase, we apply photorealistic textures to the models, tweak the lighting, add secondary objects for the scenes, such as decorations, choose the best points of view for the images, add lighting and shading accordingly and generate the renders. Approve the draft version of the 3D rendering you like and want us to deliver.
3D VISUALIZATION
This phase involves making minor improvements like adjusting brightness, contrast, and adding special effects. We agree on the camera and the object’s movements. At the end of this stage, you will get a 3d-walkthrough you can view at home on your desktop, phone or tablet.
